The open-air Colby Abbot Terrace is available Tenants and their guests throughout the Spring, Summer and Fall. The Terrace can also be reserved for special events, parties and large group meetings.
Colby Abbot tenants are welcome to reserve our comfortable and spacious conference room for meetings and events of up to 30 people. Equipped with a large screen Smart TV and an Owl Meeting Camera, tenants and their guests have everything they need for a productive meeting.

This historic gem, built in 1885, has marble hallways, high coffered ceilings, interior cream city brick walls, bright transom windows and original (now decorative) office suite fireplaces. Yet everything is up to date with new elevators, new electrical service with plenty of capacity, new restrooms and beautiful office interiors. We can also build out any office to meet your needs.
